Now in Gentoo.

Good news is that technically there are no regressions since the RCs. 
Bad news is that Gentoo switched to glibc-2.33 in the meantime
and as usual, it turns out that the sanitizers are largely broken.  This
seems to be a recurring theme around LLVM releases.
