[Openmp-dev] implementing TR8's present map type modifier

Hi,

I am implementing OpenMP TR8's `present` map type modifier.  Based on
OpenMPSupport.rst, no one else is pursuing it yet.  Please let me know if
you are.

Unless I hear objections, I'll soon add the following entry to the OpenMP
5.1 section of OpenMPSupport.rst:
