[Openmp-dev] -enable-new-pm

[Abid Malik via Openmp-dev]

Hello,

I found the flag <-enable-new-pm> in OpenMP testing. I could not find any
information/documentation on this. What does it do? It enables something.
But still trying to figure it out.
