[Openmp-dev] offload runtime library build status?

What is the current state of the offload runtime library build
infrastructure in current trunk's openmp? I noticed that the svn at
http://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/openmp/trunk/offload/ seems to lack a
cmake subdirectory so I assume that the offload library current;y
can't be built as part of the openmp build under cmake? Are there
outstanding patches posted already to address this issue?
