[Openmp-dev] Cross compiler build fix [Important]

The one problem we have is that the testsuite expects libiomp5.so and omp.h to be in the openmp/runtime/exports/ directory.  Is it ok if we add something like -DLIBIOMP_NO_EXPORTS=true?
