It seems `<TARGET_FILE_DIR:ompdModule>` refers to the build o/p directory and not the install. Used `CMAKE_INSTALL_FULL_DATADIR` and `CMAKE_INSTALL_FULL_LIBDIR` for install rules so custom distro builds remain consistent.
