The problem is that now we lost the functionality to early detect the portability issue when going to new architectures. This PR "fixed" #139905 without providing a real solution. No test highlights that the OpenMP port for sparc is incomplete, which used to be the task of misc_bugs/many-microtask-args.c‎.
