@mstorsjo We noticed a regression when linking libomp.lib for windows-arm64 a week ago <https://gitlab.com/Linaro/windowsonarm/nightly/-/jobs/3763491630>, but we lacked time to investigate.
So for now, we just disabled openmp build (on our side) for this platform. So feel free to change this, it's already broken.
