Hi all

I need to start apologizing for forgetting about this - I believe that Chandler explicitly asked for this addition to be made some months ago.

I am attaching a small patch to the README.txt file which adds a table that shows what compiler version works on what Power processor. I limited the scope to Power 7 and Power 8. Other processors, like Z-series, may come later if users ask for this.
