Hi, your first comment made me realize my patch doesn't support singleton `transfer_write`s, which is silly. I thought I'd be able to extend the code quickly, but I got caught up with other things. I plan to do it over the weekend if that works for you. Sorry for the silence these past few days, can I ping you once it's pushed?
