Thanks for pointing this out — although the split-transfer pass has similar logic, `VectorToSCF` uses a separate allocation path that can run independently and was still selecting the serial loop, which is why this path still needed the fix; parallel and explicit allocation boundaries remain unchanged, and I’ve tightened the comments.
