Thank you for the PR! In general we shouldn't passthrough all argument attrs, because what does it mean to have an `inreg`, `byval`, `sret`, ... arguments on the GPU function? Either we should filter what attributes are let through, or add a dedicated mechanism in the op to add arg attrs.
