Changes

Fix `linalg.index` handling when decomposing unit convolutions. Remap surviving loop indices and replace removed ones with zero, while preserving indices owned by nested Linalg operations.
Add regression tests for removing either spatial dimension and for nested index uses.
Part of #220505 (`transform.structured.decompose`).
Validation: Linux and Windows premerge builds and `check-mlir` passed, along with formatting and email checks.
