Yes, I suspect that most of the things being changed here are artifacts of LLMs. The fact that many of the characters being replaced showed up as block when I looked at the diff in my terminal window (which was using the Courier New font) convinced me that this was worth submitting for review even if it wasn't strictly needed for z/OS builds.
