I tried adding to `JitRunner.cpp` at line 372:

tmBuilderOrError->setCodeModel(llvm::CodeModel::Large);
```

In the object file, some normal calls become `blr`, but the calls to `libmlir_arm_sme_abi_stubs` are still emitted as direct `bl` with `BRANCH26`, and those are the ones that end up out of range under ASan.
