I find it a bit surprising that both `vector.print` and `vector.print punctuation <newline>` print a new-line character. What does `punctuation <newline>` even mean in that case?

There's another way to fix the issue: require that operands are wrapped in parentheses. E.g. `vector.print (%x, %y) : i32, i32`. However, that will require changes to existing IR.
