"Insertion Point" in MLIR is the operation before which an op is inserted. In your code, the op is moved after the insertion point. Can you align with MLIR conventions? E.g. by renaming or ideally make this function return the op before which the IR will be moved. You can also work if `OpBuilder::InsertPoint` if necessary.
