Based on the [[Discourse discussion](https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-affine-add-legality-aware-unroll-and-jam-selection-for-shared-input-reductions/91906)](https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-affine-add-legality-aware-unroll-and-jam-selection-for-shared-input-reductions/91906), I’ve reworked the earlier draft into a smaller change focused on opt-in selection of additional entry-block loops for unroll-and-jam.
