I did not add any additional OF_TextWithCRLF flag, I replaced the existing boolean `IsText=True` with OF_TextWithCRLF which was what was already being used in MemoryBuffer::getFileAux, so there should be no behavioural change. In the second commit, I switched some places to OF_Text, this will only have an affect on z/OS and avoid adding any extra CRLF
