Done, but in a separate _new_ file, using plain `FileCheck` instead of `-verify-diagnostics`. `%vecA`/`%vecB` ends up named in the note is genuinely non-deterministic (via `DenseMap` access), so pinning `expected-note at below` to either line fails sometimes.

`tile-allocation-invalid.mlir` has the same issue, just hidden because both operands happen to sit on the same source line there. Suggestions?
