The changes look good, but this needs todo message generation in `checkImplementationStatus` in `mlir/lib/Target/LLVMIR/Dialect/OpenMP/OpenMPToLLVMIRTranslation.cpp` (and accompanying test). Otherwise the compiler will silently drop the clause when translating to LLVM.
