Thanks for catching this, yes I think we might need it. @IanTaylerLessa-arm would you be able to add a test when the output of `cast_to_block_scaled` is an unranked tensor, i.e. `(tensor<*xf8E5M2>, tensor<*xf8E8M0FNU>)`?
