Yah currently only lowercase letters are allowed so it cannot happen.
One special case is that `hello.world` and `hello_world` both will be converted to `helloWorld`. But I think it's quite rare that users will use both form for a similar name, and also it will lead to a compile error for irdl-to-cpp generated code, so I don't want to add complicated verification code for this. I think it as a trade-off.
