Thanks for your comments, @joker-eph! For some reason, they hadn't shown up when I replied earlier. There is now only one crash left, in `tf-reduce`, but it's tricky: it first fails to verify because the reducer removes the terminator. Then some verification happens again and crashes in some generated verifiers of a `func.func` op. I wasn't able to print the generic form of the module where it fails because that crashes as well. Then I gave up for now. TL;DR: this probably isn't caused by the change of this PR.
