LOG: [MLIR] Remove VP intrinsic intregration test. NFC (#218087)
Fixes the buildbot failure in
https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/177/builds/39732.
vp.add has been removed in #217863 so this just removes the test.
This essentially reverts commit
ee82b864f2086f944f046bd00b03f30697403f8a.
