additionally you can do add an "attribute builder" to [ir.py](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/aed73d2afeecace1e38f9a85ec94d0aa05e86bda/mlir/python/mlir/ir.py#L135-L155) which will auto-magically connect to the generated base class and handle just bare python ints.
