If `GPU_OptionalDimSizeHintAttr` isn't exposed/mapped then you'd need to map it. double checking it's not exposed so you'd have to jump through the same hoop as we do for [ObjectAttr](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/main/mlir/lib/Bindings/Python/DialectGPU.cpp#L47). I think it's better to get the full API at once.
