LOG: [mlir][xegpu] Add more tests in XeGPU subgroup distribution.  (#162543)

This PR adds some tests for covering some useful corner cases.

1. more tests for `vector.shape_cast` distribution.
2. testing for `MoveFuncBodyToWarpOp` pattern that was not possible
before.
