IIUC, you got partial information from different people while they were deliberating on a very complicated subject and is now confused as to why the messaging wasn't complete and in unison?

There wasn't any. You nominated to "non tensor" and we didn't add you to tensor. I'm not sure I can phrase this in another way that is clearer. However, this PR is not about your nomination, but other people's. If you want to nominate yourself later, as you expressed earlier, you're free to do so in a separate PR.

Do you have concerns on these four people performing the high-level work of conflict resolution and general project management?
