Hi @krzysz00,
I'm no longer working on MLIR tech and I don't currently wish to devote my free time to this.
I was moved from the compiler team at my then employer, and I told myself I would finish this off but never got to it. I'm a bit too far removed at the point. Sorry for leaving you hanging.

I'm happy for anyway to take this on in my stead.
