Very much related and higher on my priority list: auto-generating "snake_case" constructors.
That is, when we do `class MyOp(my_dialect.Operation, name="my_op")` could we also auto-generate the "snake_case" constuctor on `my_dialect`, that is `my_dialect.my_op(...)`?
Though not necessary for this PR.
