DIFF: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/5e9813667958688f5ab0e0b776b509b2b909d1e4.diff

LOG: Fix LLVM_ENABLE_ABI_BREAKING_CHECKS macro check: use #if instead of #ifdef (#110185)
