The MX types (E2M1, E2M3, E3M2, E8M0) have hw support from NVidia.
The other types introduced recently (E3M4 https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/101230, E4M3 with inf https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/97118) have hw support from Amazon.
