Well, what do you propose we do? I don't know if these three little functions are broadly applicable to LLVM in their current state. The hope is that we'll be able to consolidate mlir/MathExtras with llvm/MathExtras in the future, but let's not distract ourselves from the goal of moving MPInt into llvm.
