i'm not exactly sure how to get the canonicalizer pass to grap `LinalgOp::getCanonicalizationPattern`.  I naively added it to `extraClassDeclarations` in `LinalgStructuredInterface` and then just replaced `GenericOp::getCanonicalizationPattern`. Any ideas?
