Subject: [PATCH 1/4] [mlir][sparse] Print new syntax
Printing changes from #sparse_tensor.encoding<{ lvlTypes = [ "compressed" ] }> to map = (d0) -> (d0 : compressed). Level properties, ELL and slice are also supported.
