[llvm-testresults] buildbot failure in llvm on dragonegg-i386-linux

A bootstrap comparison failure: one of these patches seems to have introduced
non-deterministic behaviour.

This buildbot also fails with a bootstrap comparison failure:
http://google1.osuosl.org:8011/builders/llvm-x86_64-linux-checks/builds/1238

The commits that occur in both blamelists are 132974, 132975, 132976, 132977,
132978, 132979.  Eliminating those that could not have caused this (eg: clang
changes), that leaves rafael and bruno on the common blamelist:

Comments:
Make the threshold used by branch folding softer. Before we would get a
sharp all or nothing transition when one extra predecessor was added. Now
we still test first ones for merging.

Comments:
Add one more argument to the prefetch intrinsic to indicate whether it's a data
or instruction cache access. Update the targets to match it and also teach
autoupgrade.
