[llvm-testresults] buildbot failure in llvm on clang-i686-xp-msvc9

This looks unrelated to my change, and instead looks like an issue where the source file is modified after the PCH file is generated:
fatal error: file 'D:\public\zorg\buildbot\osuosl\slave\clang-i686-xp-msvc9\llvm\build\tools\clang\test\PCH\Output\pr4489.c.tmp.empty.c' modified since it was first processed
A race condition on Windows with respect to temporary files?
