[llvm-testresults] Grawp-NO-LTO-PIC regressions not fixed

I reverted all of my recent SSA updater changes, but none of the regressions went away.  There were some real problems with my changes, but there must be some other problems that were introduced since 3-30 when 176.gcc, 403.gcc and Bullet all passed.
