[llvm-foundation] Link to this list from the webpage?

Hello,

I didn't know that this list existed until the recent mentions of it over
on llvm-dev.  I expect I'm not alone in this. Given that this is the
recommended place for certain community-related discussions would it make
sense to link to it from the sidebar on
http://llvm.org/foundation and/or add it to the list of mailing lists on
the sidebar on
http://llvm.org to improve visibility?
