[llvm-devmeeting] Submission Guidelines for Lightning Talk at EuroLLVM '18

Hello everyone,

I was going through the submissions page for Euro LLVM and they're asking
for a PDF submission and I'm not sure what kind of submission would be apt
for a lightning talk.

Do I need to upload slides (preferably written in LaTeX)? Or would a
write-up work as well?
