[llvm-devmeeting] Registration opportunity for those on the wait list

Hi everyone,

As you know, the LLVM Developer Meeting is overwhelmingly popular this year, and a large number of you are on the wait list.  We intentionally keep our fees low so that everyone can attend (thanks to our wonderful sponsors) but at this point attendance is primarily bound by budget concerns.

After discussion, we’ve decided we can reopen registration for the event and social by charging an attendance fee of $499, which covers the costs of running the event.  If you’d like to register for the developer meeting, please go to this link and add yourself to the wait list for the event (pop ups must be enabled). We will contacting those on the wait list on Monday to register.

We hope that some of you are able to attend!
