If you requested a room during the conference registration process, the confirmation mail you received is you confirmation for the hotel and indicated the days you are registered at the hotel for. Did you keep the confirmation mail?

Anyone,

I've never seen an answer to this question and my own email with similar questions has been ignored.

So, before I buy a non-refundable ticket to fly down, I wonder if I've got a place to stay. Does anyone know how this is supposed to work?

A question on process. I requested a room for two nights when I registered for the meeting, and confirmation indicates this. I don't think I've received any other correspondence from the hotel and I can't remember if it asked for a chargecard. Do I just show up at the hotel or is there something else I need to do?
