[llvm-devmeeting] LLVM Dev Funding Application Deadline

The deadline to apply for financial assistance to attend the  
developers' meeting is July 30, 2009.

We have a small amount of funding available to students and active  
contributors who need assistance attending the LLVM Developers'  
meeting. Those selected may receive partial or full funding. They may  
also be required to give a short talk and write up a blog entry of  
their experience. Preference is given to those who are active  
contributors to LLVM or clang.
