You need to go to the worker for the buildbot like so:

https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/workers/55

It will give you the name and email for the buildbot owner.

I agree fully; but the unanswered question is, how?
I'm sure it's not hard; I'm equally sure it's not obvious, after clicking around randomly on the buildbot page for a couple of minutes.
