Awesome! This also makes it clear that we still have 17,264 bugs open... :O

Question: the bug description has "Bugzilla Link". Once we migrate, are we
going to keep that as a read-only service? If we create a PRXXX service to
redirect to Github, then all of those links will be self-redirects...
