[llvm-dev] Managing buildbots through the Web UI

Hi Nemanja,

If you have LLVM commit access, you are a member of the "LLVM Committers"
team, and should be able to force a build or rebuild when you are logged
in. If this is the case, please ping me and we could troubleshoot the issue
from the both ends.

To be able to cancel the queue, do actions affecting multiple builds, or
cancel a build which is owned by somebody else on that buildbot-worker you
should be logged in as powerllvm at ca.ibm.com, which, I assume, is not your
case.

If you do not have LLVM commit access, please follow the
https://llvm.org/docs/DeveloperPolicy.html#obtaining-commit-access.

Hope this helps.

Galina
