No new bugs on my end since -rc1.  To be more precise:

- orclazy non-amd64 test skip still needs backporting:

  https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51292

- fstat/lstat compiler-rt tests are still failing:

  https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50491

- clang rocm-detect.hip test is still broken:

  https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51404

- openmp tests still hang:

  https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51403

- and ofc I still haven't managed to get lldb tests to work properly
  in stand-alone builds
