   This is the first time I received this. I think the email I sent is not big . There is no pictures or anything would enlarge the size. All of the contents are texts.
   And my question is what is the mechanism of list moderator? 
   What should I do? Should I cancel this email and reduce the size and send again? Since it is a reply mail, there are many contents belongs to others. I worries if it would affect others who prefer to use mail to work.


Probably not a huge deal - it'll probably get approved relatively quickly. But in the future/a thing to think about is pruning the quoted portions of an email to contain the relevant details to your reply/branch of the conversation, but not reams of mostly-unrelated quoted text.
