[llvm-dev] Fwd: LLDB Incremental - Build # 24211 - Failure!

This seems to be a (presumably flakey) timeout in an lldb simulator test -
anyone know if there's anything we could do to clean this up/make it more
reliable? (maybe make timeouts not a critical failure/email-worthy? if
they're not otherwise addressable)
